Servermania: Good price and bad quality

I have one VPS run in Servermania.com, $56 per year (sale off 76%) with a good virtual hardware:

- Servermania
  + 2 vCPU
  + 2 GB RAM
  + 100 GB SSD
  + 3000 GB bandwidth

That is excellent price if you compare with other VPS, cloud server provider includes:

- DigitalOcean ($20 per month => $240 per year)
  + 2 vCPU
  + 2 GB RAM
  + 100 GB SSD
  + 3000 GB bandwidth

- Amazon Ec2 m3.large ( $0.140 per Hour => $80.64 per month => $967.68 per year )
  + 2 vCPU
  + 7.5 GB RAM
  + 32 GB SSD
  + $0.01 per GB in (with public or Elastic IP address)
  + $0.12 per GB out (if bandwidth out < 10 TB)

Excellent price for good enought server !!! But Servermania have no back up for your data, no promise about 100% data safe, no promise about uptime, no instance resize, no provisioning, ... AND you VPS may be suspend if you pay late for your invoice, AND 10 % late fee after 1 days !!!

So, think carefully before buy Servermania VPS, it just for test, for blog or something not important. Althought they have good customer service, do not use it for production. I think that.
